Fractional Ownership

If you would like to experience the positives from airplane ownership, but are not ready to be a 100% owner, we offer Fractional Ownership programs. Generally the programs include four (4) buyers, each contributing 25% of the Downpayment. The downpayment for purchase is generally 25% of the airplane cost. The fractional ownership provides you with 20 hours of FREE flight during each calendar year. After the 20 hours are exhausted, for additional hours you would pay cost to utilize the plane. When you and your partners are not using the plane, Guru Aviation will charter the plane for you. Average charter hours generally run about 50 per month. The revenue generated from Charter will generally more than offset all operating costs. We can locate the plane you would like to purchase, arrange for financing and insurance. On the operational side, we provide the Pilots. Our sister company, Sky Addict Maintenance, provides all of the maintenance required to keep your airplane in top working condition. Our other sister company, Guru Finance, can help to locate and arrange financing for the airplane purchase cost.
